Accountabilities
Lead the development of technical products aligned with business goals.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI solutions.
Break down feature epics into technical tasks and manage dependencies.
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable product delivery.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Conduct research to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Optimize resource allocation through data-driven decisions.
Maintain high standards for in-house products and tools.
Essential Skills/Experience
Exposure of Pharma Supply Chain Domain
Experience of delivering Digital products using Data, Analytics and AI technologies.
Expertise in Data Analytics and AI technologies.
Experience leading complex data and AI projects.
Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle.
Strong communication and stake holder management skills.
Experience working in Agile teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Desirable Skills/Experience
Master’s, M.B.A., or PhD in a relevant field
Product/Project Management experience in Data, Analytics & AI solutions
Previous involvement in a large multinational company, Pharmaceutical or similar environment
Awareness of use case specific GenAI tools available in the market and their application in day-to-day work scenarios.
Possess working knowledge of basic prompting techniques and continuously improve these skills.
Stay up-to-date with developments in AI and GenAI, applying new insights to work-related situations
